All houses are built in high quality with great flexibility in interior design and are fully equipped with kitchen, bath and washbasin for each accommodation. The project Maias Våre is built in a quiet architecture that cools itself through a harmonious and lush courtyard with sling paths, light trees and plants. Here are no straight lines and fine cut lawns, but wild with will, green bottom covers and space for insects to move in. But not only is there good growth conditions for plants and wildlife - there is a large number of new and up-to-date common facilities in the area that go across types of housing and generations. Here the future community must grow from the roots of voluntary forces established in the area more than 60 years ago, with the sole aim of making a difference to one's neighbours. Within 1 km there is Ballerup Station, Ballerup Shopping Centre, Baltorp School, integrated institution and NEXT Training Centre, and Copenhagen Central Station can be reached via motorway connections or public transport in less than 30 minutes.
