1-room rental home of 48 m² in København N for 12.400 kr.

Nordbro is a direct translation of Nørrebro, and the name thus pays tribute to a vibrant, colourful district that always inspires the rest of Copenhagen with its vision, courage and openness. Nordbro consists of six flat houses with studio apartments of up to five floors and a beautiful, distinctive tower with 29 floors of accommodation. The different houses are tied together by a green and cozy roof garden for Nordbro's residents, where there is access to the common house and the bar Brobar. When you live in Nordbro's distinctive tower, you get everything: You get views far beyond Copenhagen. You live in a modern, well-thought-out apartment. And you will be part of a community, both with your neighbors and with the neighborhood waiting right outside the door. The tower consists of large 1-room apartments with sleeping sections or 2-4-room apartments for all - both living communities and families. The apartment has access to laundry for payment. As a tenant in Nordbro you have access to Fitness free of charge. It is possible to rent a parking space in the basement. Nordbro's tower is designed by Arkitema Architects. The original idea was that Nordbro should help to innovate and develop the city. "The tower is a new brand for the district. It is important for us that Nordbro invites the outside world in so that it is not a closed enclave, but actually gives something back to Nørrebro" - Dorthe Keis partner in Arkitema Architects.
