5-room rental home of 110 m² in Billund for 11.000 kr.

In the southern part of Billund the Engen is now being built, a new residential area with 44 modern and well-decorated apartments. The accommodation is distributed on two levels with a horizontal boundary, a solution where one dwelling is on the ground and one on the first floor. The ground-level row houses are furnished with a built-in canopy, providing extra light and space in the living room and creating a cosy hook with lots of light deposits. The first-floor accommodation offers a south-facing rooftop terrace with plenty of sun and views of the area. The project has been developed with a focus on both functionality and everyday comfort. All dwellings have a well-thought-out plan solution, where the space is optimally used and each square metre contributes to a home that is easy to decorate and comfortable to stay in. The accommodation varies in size from three to five rooms and is aimed at families, couples and singles who want a modern setting in quiet surroundings. All homes have their own terrace or balcony, shed for storage, private parking, reflex systems and everything in white goods. One farm per dwelling is allowed. The meadow was created with a view to quality of life. Here you get modern accommodation in green surroundings, close to both city and nature.
