3-room rental home of 66 m² in København S for 15.500 kr.

Welcome to this modern and welcoming 3-room accommodation of 66 m ² in Bella Tower, located on Gertrude Steins Vej 50. The heart of the accommodation is the bright kitchen room where the kitchen, dining area and living room are assembled in one open and functional room. From here there is a direct entrance to the balcony of the home, which gives a natural extension of the living room and a wonderful place to enjoy the warm months. The accommodation offers two good rooms, the largest of which serves as a perfect bedroom, while the other can be furnished as a children's room, office or guest room. The plan solution makes very good use of the square meters of the house and provides a fine separation between the living room and the private rooms. The bathroom is modern and has a separate shower and washing machine and dryer, while the entrance hall offers practical storage space. Bella Tower is part of the attractive Bela district in Ørestad, where modern architecture is combined with green areas and good connections to the rest of Copenhagen. Here you are close to the metro, shopping and other facilities of the day. A modern and well-disposed accommodation that fits perfectly with the couple, the small family or you who want an extra room for the home office.
