3-room rental home of 99 m² in Risskov for 14.470 kr.

The property offers 128 attractive rental homes with perfect location in Risskov - close to both the forest, beach and the charming city life in Aarhus city centre. The apartments are furnished with large windows, and the heart of the accommodation is the large, delicious kitchen room where daylight in many of them flows in from both sides. Most homes also have a beautiful cloak that opens the room even more and fills it with light. In addition, the apartments offer good, large rooms and are kept in Nordic style with white painted walls and nice wooden floors, so you can easily put your own personal touch on the interior. In many of them, the slightly darker area in the middle is used to create a storage room that can alternatively function perfectly as walk-in-closed. All apartments have access to their own private outdoor space in the form of a terrace on the ground floor or beautiful balconies with expanded metal that provide a little shelter and privacy while at the same time plenty of light and sight.
