Happiness consists of 125 apartments surrounding a farm with common house and orangery. Apartments consist of 2-3 rooms with own balcony or terrace facing south or west. The apartments are bright with large windows at both ends, where there is a look out for green areas, industry, residential area and community area. All apartments have a modern white kitchen with nice stone table top. The apartments are in a plan either in the living room, first floor or second floor. They are all easily accessible by lift, which is only shared between 3-4 apartments. All apartments have a private shed or storage room with storage space. There is free community parking for cars and electric cars, a locked bicycle shed and carports that can be rented to cars or other hobbies. In 2028, residents will have access to two guest rooms which will be in addition to the administration office. We have built the apartments in a timeless, Scandinavian design so that you experience simple, elegant aesthetics and high functionality.
