Extra indispensable details All apartments on the ground floor have a loft of 12- 24 m2 in the living room, where the ceiling is 3.5 meters high, so you can use the space in height. At the same time, the hemsen gives the whole space a more marked and urbant expression. The rental homes facing the south and towards the cultural square have both a view of life in the farm room and a brilliant light coming in. And then every day you can enjoy the impressive work of art in the stairwell, which goes all the way up along the back wall of the elevator tower towards the street. Architecture, materials and details of the cultural series The whole site - both the cultural series and the neighbouring buildings Aksholm and Kant - is the architect of C.F. Møller. Everywhere they have created details with care and used materials that match the site's special location. With soft-flowing Petersen Tegl, which is coal-burned because the burning technique is both a nod to the industrial history of the site, and at the same time creates a very special tactile and fabric attack with a deep glow. anodised aluminium has been used on the window and balcony undersides, because the metal changes golden in the sun, and its warm shade is unique to the colour of the drawing. At the same time the material is so solid that it is beautiful year after year.
