3-room rental home of 95 m² in København SV for 17.200 kr.

WELCOME TO PETER HOLM'S WAY ON THE GELLHOLM. This is an incredibly beautiful and modern property from 2009 with elevator and both three and four-room apartments with balconies. The bearing dimensions: The houses appear unscathed and stylish with a well-disposed plan solution suitable for both the single, the couple and the small family. Hard goods: As a starting point, all rooms include a freezer cabinet, a built-in oven, a hot plate, a hood, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer or a combination washing machine. Area: It is a nice neighborhood with a few meters to the edge of the water, where the cosy maritime life lives all year round. The whole area is buzzing with a beautiful atmosphere, and thanks to the bicycle paths the rest of Copenhagen is quickly connected. There is not far to public transport such as bus and S-train, just like day care, school and a wealth of shopping opportunities and restaurants are to be found in the neighbourhood.
