2-room rental home of 64 m² in Aalborg for 8.595 kr.

The arrival site marks the entrance to Aalborg's popular part of town, Eternitten, where life and a beautiful urban atmosphere abound. At Eternitten you are close to bus connections, motorway, fitness, grocery stores and much more. At the Arrival Square you can choose from 134 modern 1, 2 or 3-room rental homes with good lighting conditions and a raw expression. The majority of the apartments are decorated with raw concrete walls and smart New York glass walls that create the perfect setting for a personal style. The apartments have a bright, Nordic look with floors in Colorado Oak and white walls, while the window frames have received a marked black color to break the look and create an interesting contrast. The stylish kitchen from Swan Kitchen is located, so it is the natural pivot of the home. The bathroom is stylish with dark grey tiles, a shower with glass walls and room for laundry. As a tenant you have to bring your own washing machine and dryer. All apartments have a terrace, balcony or roof terrace depending on which floor you are on. There is of course lift if you have a look at a penthouse. There is underfloor heating in all rooms and storage rooms are also provided for all occasions - these are in the basement. * Temporary parking is possible on terrain (for payment - the price is not fixed yet). In the long term, a p-house will be built on the neighbouring site. Attention. The pictures are from the established 2-room trial accommodation. The schematic is true.
