2-room rental home of 73 m² in København S for 13.795 kr.

The rental accommodation in HIMMELBYEN consists of apartments and townhouses - on top of Ørestad's urban life. The distinctive architectural expression of the building stands out in the area - with houses that rise across the street and form a characry skyline. The HIMMELBYE has several functions. Here are both industries, grocery stores, an entertainment centre for families and children and self-storage facilities - all in the lower four floors of the building. From here the homes lie elegantly on top, as an independent urban area on top - completely independent and free of the lower functions. HIMMELBYEN's rental accommodation is located in quiet air layers at 18 meters height, with access from the fourth floor of the building - so the house has its name. On the arrival floor, an open and green courtyard, which serves as a common area for the residents, is designed to create a unique urban area in height between the homes.
