The rentals in HIMMELBYEN consist of 107 apartments 2-4-room and 21 townhouses with rooftop terrace - on top of Ørestad's urban life. The distinctive architectural expression of the building stands out in the area - with houses that rise across the street and form a caraceous skyline. The HIMMELBYEN features several functions. Here are both industries, grocery stores, an entertainment centre for families and children and self-storage facilities - all in the lower four floors of the building. From here, the houses lie elegantly on top, as an independent urban area on the top - completely independent and free of the lower functions.HIMMELBYEN's rental accommodation is located in calm air layers at 18 meters height, with access from the building's fourth floor - thus the house has its name. On the arrival floor, an open and green courtyard, which serves as a common area for the residents, is designed to create a unique urban area in height between the homes.
