2-room rental home of 74 m² in Silkeborg for 9.500 kr.

_ Only six kilometres north of Silkeborg city centre you will find the butterfly meadow terraced in a pact with nature for rent - a new residential area where nature is an integral part of everyday life. Here children can play freely on green land, and the butterflies find peace in the high, wild grass in the common area. The butterfly bed is created for community, security and presence - with safe paths, good schools close to and short distance to both the city and the motorway. HOW THE NATURE IS EQUAL OUTSIDE THE DOOR You live in the middle of a living landscape. To the north, the rich animal and plant life of the high bog awaits, while the dog forest and Kjelleruptiget to the west invite for walks, races or cycling. The architecture of the area is created with respect for the natural surroundings - so the homes fall harmoniously into the landscape. _ Here you will have an easy and manageable daily life. Schools, day institutions, shopping and an active association life are within a short distance and the area's secure paths bind it all together. It gives freedom to both large and small. GOOD FOR CITIZENS - AND FOR FAMILY LIFE The butterfly bed is centrally located for both trains and motorways. From Silkeborg station you are quickly moving towards the rest of the country and with the car you reach Herning in 25 minutes and Aarhus in 40 minutes. It means more time at home - and less time on the road.
