The common areas are designed to create a welcoming atmosphere. The planting has been introduced into between the homes, and adapted with a varied character planting that creates visual beauty and binds the settlement with the green areas bordering Tavlund Allé. Emphasis has been placed on creating a community, but where small private areas have also been created for each accommodation so that you can enjoy privacy and peace. In the architecture we have worked with the modern funkisexpression, with an integrated variation that highlights natural light and integrates the surrounding green common areas into the home. This creates a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Upon arrival on this residential road, you will immediately notice a sense of proximity and community. The building is in harmony with the surrounding beautiful nature and is structured around smaller, individual units with good air between them. The homes all have a carefully adapted plan solution and are designed for optimal use of the rooms, which minimises the waste site while creating a spacious atmosphere around the living rooms. The accommodation has a nice large kitchen / living room, which is the focal point of the entire accommodation. There are carport and storage rooms for each accommodation, where it is also prepared for a barn box in carports. In materials, both lifetime, Co2 impact and maintenance are envisaged. The construction is made in a balance between tiles, wood and alu. With this composition, Co2 emissions are reduced, but at the same time a long lifetime, minimum maintenance and materials are all recyclable. Acoustics are an incredibly important part of everyday life, which is why we have chosen acoustics ceilings that provide well-being in everyday life.
