3-room rental home of 99 m² in Odense C for 11.245 kr.

In the beautiful Weaving Room, 27 new apartments have been built, where everyone can benefit from the beautiful common areas. The common areas provide the framework for activities with the other residents, in a safe environment. The living room is part of the former Nordic Textile, which has been transformed into state-of-the-art apartments with high ceilings, fellowship and pampering. All apartments are equipped with a courtyard (indoor) with direct access to the apartment. You enter a lovely, bright kitchen / all room which is the heart of the apartment. From here there is access to the shower and two rooms. Both rooms have direct access to the property's own courtyard. From the living room there is an exit to the most beautiful balcony where there is plenty of opportunity to have flowers, small table & chairs standing where you can enjoy the sun. All apartments include a storage room in addition to the apartment. The apartments are all equipped with all appliances, including washing machine and dryer. Since it is a senior resident community, you must be + 50 years of age to qualify for the lease. You can't have children or pets living at home either. Children & grandchildren are, however, more than welcome to visit the beautiful surroundings. Free parking for apartments and guests. Contact us for a presentation.
