3-room rental home of 61 m² in Taastrup for 11.300 kr.

The 3-room apartment is turned together, so you can use the rooms differently according to everyday requirements - without the home ever feeling crooked or unthought. The third room can just as easily be the child's, office or guest room. A solid kitchen with a ceramic, balcony or private terrace and floor heating in all rooms provides a smooth and comfortable base to stay in, regardless of season. The choice of materials is continuous - nice to look at, in a quality one can feel, and with a durability that makes the home not worn out by everyday use. And when the home becomes too compact for a while - for the big birthday, the playdate or a quiet afternoon away from the screen - is the common room with the living room and children's room right there, as part of your address. It's not a community room you're borrowing. It's a room your home has, too. Need an extra room for overnight guests? Book the hotel for only 200 DKK. We care a lot about trust. Take care of the dwelling as if it were your own - if you stay, after 12 months you can get a discount on the rent if there is an operating surplus in the property. Ask us how it works.
