4-room rental home of 104 m² in Taastrup for 17.995 kr.

A new and exciting neighborhood is on its way to the site where High Taastrup's former town hall is located. In the first stage we build 125 terraced houses, and then the buildings of the town hall are converted into 200 modern apartments. Between the homes there will be green areas and paths, and a new common town hall will provide a good framework for meeting about everything from cosy to hobbies. A new grocery store makes it easy to shop in everyday life. The city centre is only 500 metres from Høj Taastrup station and Copenhagen is 15 minutes' drive away - so you can stay close to both urban life and nature. The town terraced houses in 1 and 2 planes are expected to be ready in May 2027. Everyone has well-distributed plan solutions and private outdoor spaces with direct access to paths systems and green areas. The city's future residents can look forward to moving into a unique and full-blown area. Living well is also about the community with the neighbors. In City Hall City, the former heating centre becomes 200 m2 district house, which all residents can use. Between the homes we create playgrounds and outdoor spaces so that both large and small can meet in green surroundings. _ _
