4-room rental home of 114 m² in Risskov for 17.795 kr.

Welcome to the Selmerhusene in Risskov and welcome to newly built apartments close to the forest and beach. The Selmerhusene is the last area of Binsbøll City. By the end of 2025 all 3 stages of the Selmerhusene will be delivered and the district will be finally completed. The Selmerhusene consists of 4 open block buildings and each block has its own cozy courtyard. There are both 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-room apartments, so there are apartments for all size needs. All apartments have large terraces or balconies between 5.2 m2 and 10.8 m2. A few apartments have 2 balconies and a few have rooftop terraces. The location is at the top with both Aarhus Bay and Riis Forest a few minutes away, so there is ample opportunity for good nature experiences either on the gun or with running shoes on it. And for the children's families there are several institutions as well as school very close.
