The Selmer Houses are the last area of the Binsbøll City. By the end of 2025 all 3 stages of the Selmerhusene will be delivered and the district will be finally completed. The Selmerhusene consists of 4 open block buildings and each block has its own cozy courtyard. There are both 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-room apartments, so there are apartments for all size needs. All apartments have large terraces or balconies of between 5.2 m2 and 10.8 m2. A few apartments have 2 balconies and a few have rooftop terraces. The location is at the top with both Aarhus Bugten and Riis Skov a few minutes away, so there is ample opportunity for good nature experiences either on walking legs or with running shoes on. For families with children, there are many opportunities for caring very close to home. The kindergarten Svend- Åge is a neighbour of Selmerhusene and is located on the south end.
