2-room rental home of 75 m² in Hedensted for 8.150 kr.

Happiness is not just housing, it's home. A home has soul and forms a framework for security and presence, just as it acts as an anchor in your life. That is the ambition we are building on. We have created an active senior community where you can create a life with space for social relationships and feel at home. Happiness is built by two close families - actually good friends - with strong values that have its roots deeply planted in Hedensted and surrounding areas. Two families who take pride in creating a happy hope where you have the feeling of belonging. I Good luck there is room to choose the community on and off as it suits you. In your apartment you will experience privacy while you can search for the common area and social relations whenever you need it. Here there are many opportunities for spontaneous or planned meetings with your neighbours, just as we set the framework for building good neighbourly relations through various activities and actions. Happiness hopes consist of 56 apartments spread over 4 buildings surrounding a farm with common house, orangeri and petanque court. To move into the hope of happiness, you must be 50 years old and without children living at home. This means that all residents are in their prime, which gives many common interests to build friendships and good neighbourhoods on.
